All the EO brothers of the last 5 decades have wonderful memories of the house. But after 50 years many of the original infrastructures like plumbing and electrical have started failing. Plus, the UTK campus has undergone a major architectural upgrade in the buildings and residence halls. So its time we gave the old girl at 1848 a fresh look!
