Our current house was built in 1967!

After 35 years on campus at the University of Tennessee, Lambda Chi Alpha broke ground on Fraternity Row and constructed the house at 1848 Fraternity Park Drive.

The House was renovated in 2010. Much needed repairs were made to bring the house up to code and meet ADA compliance.

We gather at the House.

The House was the hub of our undergraduate activity. The House is where we lived, studied, worked, shared meals, and played. It was the place where we became brothers and it’s the place where we became men!

The successful growth and future of EO Zeta lies squarely in a revitalized house. The common areas need to be spaces for comfortable gathering and the living quarters are now competing with brand new campus and near campus housing that is state of the art. The House is now 54 years old and needs more than a fresh coat of paint and spring cleaning.

Below are some examples of what the housing competition and suggested renovation projects to not only make 1848 Fraternity Park Drive habitable for the active chapter, but a showcase and gathering place for alumni and their families when they are on campus.
